Japan Internship
Real Work Experience in Japan
On completing the technical and language modules, eligible students are placed in a structured internship in Japan — in IT companies, manufacturing facilities, or technical support roles. Placements are coordinated via the NEX-GEN pipeline in collaboration with partner companies in Tokyo and beyond.
Work alongside Japanese colleagues in a real professional environment.
Experience Japanese work ethic, hierarchy, and team dynamics directly.
High-performing interns are fast-tracked into full-time roles via the NEX-GEN network.
Eligibility
Who Can Apply
- ✓ Engineering or IT graduate (BE / BTech / MCA / BSc CS or equivalent)
- ✓ Age 18–30 preferred
- ✓ No prior Japanese needed for this program — N5 and N4 training are built in
- ✓ Willingness to relocate to Japan for internship duration
- ✓ Passport (or willing to apply)
