Japanese Client Accounts
Smoother stand-ups, reviews, and escalations with Japan-side stakeholders — fewer misunderstandings, faster sign-offs.
For Companies · Corporate & Campus Programs
Customised Japanese programs for companies preparing teams for Japanese clients, JLPT goals, or Japan deployment — delivered onsite in Coimbatore or live online across India, with progress reporting your HR team can act on.
The Business Case
When your teams work with Japanese clients, partners, or parent companies, language is the difference between a translated relationship and a direct one. Engineers who read specifications in Japanese, account teams who handle calls without an interpreter, and managers who understand keigo build trust faster — and keep projects moving.
Smoother stand-ups, reviews, and escalations with Japan-side stakeholders — fewer misunderstandings, faster sign-offs.
Structured JLPT N5 to N2 tracks with measurable milestones — a credential your clients and your HR team both recognise.
Language plus workplace-culture preparation for employees relocating to Japan on client projects or internal transfers.
The Program
Built around your goal — conversational fluency for client calls, JLPT certification, or deployment readiness. Native Japanese trainers from N4 onwards; the N5 foundation is taught by an experienced Indian trainer with English and Tamil support.
Honorific language, email and meeting conventions, meishi exchange, and Japanese workplace culture — the soft layer that makes the language land in real business settings.
Classroom delivery at our Coimbatore campus, at your office, or live online for distributed teams anywhere in India — same syllabus, trainers, and assessments.
Early-morning, evening, weekday, or weekend slots planned around sprint cycles and project deadlines — so training never competes with delivery.
Attendance, internal marks, and trainer evaluations per employee, consolidated into regular reports for HR and L&D — so the sponsoring company always knows what its investment is producing.
The Process
Your employees get their own batch — level-tested, scheduled around your calendar, with a curriculum agreed with HR.
Attendance, internal marks, and trainer evaluations are recorded for every learner throughout the program.
Consolidated progress reports in English and Japanese — ready to share with India HR and Japan-side stakeholders alike.
The sponsoring company gets read-only portal access to follow batch progress, attendance, and evaluations at any time.
Industries
Delivery teams on Japanese accounts, bridge engineers, and onsite coordinators who work with Japan daily.
Plants working with Japanese OEMs, suppliers, or joint-venture partners — from shop floor leads to plant management.
Design and R&D teams reading Japanese drawings, standards, and specifications — or preparing for Japan deputation.
Hotels, restaurants, and service teams welcoming Japanese guests — greetings, service phrases, and etiquette that show respect.
Also for Institutions
The same model works for colleges and universities: a dedicated Japanese batch for your students — as a value-added course, a placement-readiness program, or a semester elective. We handle curriculum, trainers, assessments, and JLPT preparation; your institution receives the same attendance tracking, evaluations, and consolidated progress reports. Several Coimbatore institutions already run Japanese batches with iTokyo — ask us for a campus program proposal.
Questions
It depends on the target level. JLPT N5 foundation typically takes about 3 months (120 hours) and N4 about 4 months. We design the schedule around your project timelines with weekday, weekend or early-morning slots.
Yes. We deliver onsite training at our Coimbatore campus and live online batches for teams anywhere in India. The syllabus, trainers and assessments are the same in both formats.
Attendance, internal marks and trainer evaluations are tracked for every employee. HR receives consolidated bilingual English and Japanese progress reports, and the sponsoring company gets read-only portal access to follow the batch.
A dedicated batch of 8 to 15 learners works best for speaking practice and individual attention. Larger teams are split into parallel batches with aligned schedules.
The N5 foundation level is taught by an experienced JLPT-certified Indian trainer with English and Tamil support. From N4 onwards, classes are led by native Japanese trainers, and business etiquette and keigo modules are built into the higher levels.
